Due to Trademarks and Copyrighted Images of the Palm Prē we were asked to immediately remove the application and any advertisements regarding the application from any website on which they appear. Here at leakdroid.com we’re really sorry to see this happend. Palm reserves all of its rights concerning this matter, such as the right to demand that the infringing material be taken down from the leakdroid.com or any other website, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998.
We ask all the sites linking or who posted the Palm Pre Android Theme article to remove it ASAP..
It was a fun ride theming the Open Handset Alliance (AndroidOs) Many thanks to all you supporters. But we have to do what is best for us.

That sucks…I loved the palm pre theme effing palm can hack their own devices to work with apples itunes but we can’t hack the palm pre theme to work with our android devices? Bunch of hypocrites. Hey L3wish I told you would should start a theme from scratch, you know I’m talented!

So what’s stopping us from re-making GFX in the *STYLE* of the Palm Pre and replacing the copyrighted ones in your theme and using that instead?

Post images of the device running the app’d display, Apple v Microsoft established that you can’t copyright “look and feel”.
