Sony Ericsson launches Android Developer Tools
Yesterday, mobile handset maker Sony Ericsson announced the launch of their new Development kit, the Sony Ericsson WebSDK. The new development kit created in collaboration with PhoneGap, allows for open source cross-platform development for both the Android and Symbian platforms.

This also more than likely means that Sony Ericsson’s support of Android isn’t just a one-0ff situation, and that more SE Android models are coming down the pike.
When exactly consumers will be able to get their hands on new SE Android devices is still a mystery, and while the beautiful-but-pricey Xperia X10 is slated for a February ’10 launch, the company is unfortunately becoming well-known for untimely delays with its highly-anticipated handsets.
