Google Customer Service Number Now Live
After all Nexus One complaints, lack of customer service and issues with the device, Google has finally step in by officially launching phone support. That’s right now you can talk to someone on the phone rather than wait for their emails to get back to you. I have not order my Nexus One due to Google’s servers not validating my upgrade status. I’m definitely gonna give them a call and see whats up. At this time Google Forums still flooded with a lot of customers complaints and issues with their devices. So lets hope their phone lines don’t collapse.
Here is the number 1-888-48-NEXUS (63987). Their lines are Open daily from 7:00 am EST to 10:00 pm EST. Keep in mind that Google will ask for your order number in order to speak with a customer support representative.
