Inbrics M1: Android-based MID Coming in 2010

Remember the M1 MID by Imbrics that turned up last year and then showed itself off at CES10 in January? Well this badboy might not actually make an appearance till late 2010 or even 2011. We do not know what the hold up is but the unit is basically smartphone(ish) leaning towards more media based offerings. Here’s a rundown of the specs incase you have forgotten.

  • 3.7 inch AMOLED touch screen
  • 800×480 resolution
  • 833 MHz Cortex A-8 processor
  • 3G or WiMax
  • 16GB internal memory
